Shipping Policy

1. PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION

• These General Conditions of Sale shall apply to the purchase and sale of products and services between New Science SL and its clients (hereinafter, “Client”).

• The Client expressly accepts all the terms of the General Conditions of Sale, having full knowledge of their content by having accepted them in the client registration procedure carried out through the website. www.newsciencetech.com .

• These General Conditions of Sale exclude the application of any general purchasing conditions of the Client.

2. ORDER

• Once the registration procedure in our system has been completed, the Client can place his order through the following means:

E-commerce: Through the website www.newsciencetech.com , following the established purchasing procedure.

By phone: (+34) 916 420 109, every day except Saturdays, from 10am to 7pm.

In writing: By email to info@newsciencetech.com .

In person: At our facilities located at Calle Piedrafita 18-20, CP 28947 Fuenlabrada (Madrid).

• The placing of an order by the Customer implies full acceptance of the prices, the description of the products for sale and these Conditions of Sale. All orders are subject to availability. For the order to be considered effective, it must receive express acceptance from New Science. Orders placed through electronic commerce will be governed by the conditions indicated in the system created for this purpose.

3. PRICE

• Sales prices are set in Euros (€) and do not include VAT or any other tax, fee or duty, which will be reflected later in the invoice at the corresponding legally established tax rates.

• Prices included in New Science e-commerce are subject to change without notice.

• In the event that the Customer places an order for products with an incorrect price, we will inform them of the correct price and, where applicable, their acceptance to process the order, provided that the Customer expressly confirms this with the correct price.

4. BILLING AND PAYMENT METHOD

• The Client may make payment in cash (in person), by credit or debit card, deposit into an account or bank transfer.
• The Client consents to New Science SL issuing its invoices in electronic format.

5. SHIPPING AND TRANSPORTATION

• The material will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer at the time of purchase.

• In order for goods to be shipped on the same day, the order placed by the customer must be confirmed, paid for and checked before 5:00 p.m. on the same day.

• The delivery time will be, as a general rule, 24 hours in the Spanish Peninsula. For more specific information on the conditions and other destinations, please contact the Sales Department (916 420 109) beforehand. The transport agencies we work with are mainly Correos Express, GLS and UPS. New Science SL reserves the right to choose the most appropriate company in each case to offer the best service to the Customer.

• The stated deadlines are of an estimated and non-binding nature. New Science SL will use all means to deliver the products within the established deadline. Delays in meeting the deadlines will not entitle the Customer to demand direct or indirect damages or any compensation, reject the order or suspend compliance with any obligation, especially payment.

• The transportation services and the associated rates are as follows:

 

 

*Estimated shipping cost for the national territory of the peninsula and Portugal. For orders that due to their size, weight or volume may have a special logistics cost, this criterion may be modified to adapt to the characteristics of the shipment. Minimum order of 30 euros.
