RECEPTION

  • It is the Customer's obligation to verify at the time of receipt of the merchandise that the delivery corresponds to the requested order, appears on the invoice and is correct in its presentation, condition, documentation and packaging. Claims in this regard will only be accepted in the case of shipments made by a transport agency within 72 hours of receipt by the Client.

  • The postponement of the issuance of the delivery order must be confirmed in writing and provided that the merchandise has not been delivered to the carrier for distribution. Once the merchandise has been shipped, no type of order cancellation or postponement of delivery will be accepted.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP AND RISKS
  • The risk of loss or damage to the merchandise is transferred to the Customer, from the moment delivery occurs to the address indicated in the order. When the client is responsible for transportation (shipping on behalf of the client), possession and risk of loss or damage will be considered transferred from the moment of shipment of the products to the place of delivery.

QUALITY/QUANTITY DEFECTS
  • The Client must inspect the products to determine the existence of any quality defect in them, such as differences between the ordered and delivered product, external damage or flaws, etc.; as well as defects in the quantity with respect to the order, whether due to excess or defect.
  • The Client must inform New Science within 72 hours of receipt of the existence of said quality and/or quantity defects by sending an e-mail to info@newsciencetech.com or by calling 916 420 109.
